Due to the customised and tailored nature of each dirac, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds under any circumstances once an order has been placed. Each piece is made specifically to your requirements, and as such, we kindly ask that you ensure you are completely satisfied with your selection before completing your purchase.

How long does shipping take?

Each dirac is made after an order and hand-stitched, which takes approximately 2 weeks. Shipping typically takes an additional 1 week, depending on your location. Please keep this in mind when placing your order. We recommend placing your order in advance to allow for this timeframe.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping to the UK, Europe, the United States, Canada, Somalia, the UAE, and Australia. If your country is not available at checkout, it means we currently do not ship there due to logistical challenges.
